Terms & Conditions.

These terms govern your access to the Infozy Voice infrastructure. By using our platform, you agree to uphold our standards of integrity and compliance.

1. Acceptance of Service

"The use of Infozy Voice OBD Services implies full acceptance of the terms herein. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all API requests and dashboard activities."

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Our platform is built for legitimate enterprise outreach. You are strictly prohibited from:

Spamming: Sending unsolicited calls to numbers on the National DND Registry.
Spoofing: Masking your caller ID or Header to impersonate government or bank officials.
Content: Broadcasting obscene, defamatory, or threatening audio scripts.
Malware: Attempting to bypass SIP security layers or reverse-engineer our Neural AI Engine.

3. Billing, Credits & Refunds

Infozy Voice operates on a pre-paid credit model. Credits are deducted based on "Answered Calls" or "Successful Delivery" as per your specific plan.

Refund Policy: Credits once purchased are non-refundable. However, in the event of a verified system-wide downtime, lost credits will be re-issued to your dashboard within 48 business hours.

4. Limitation of Liability

Infozy Voice acts as a technical aggregator between you and telecom carriers. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or brand damage resulting from carrier-level network issues or DLT portal failures.
