By utilizing our services, you consent to the data practices described in this statement. We operate in strict adherence to the TRAI TCCCPR 2018 guidelines and international data protection standards.

2. Data Collection & Extraction

To provide a high-performance voice experience, we collect specific data points:

  • Identity: Name, Email, and Business Credentials.
  • Technical: SIP Logs, IP Addresses, and Device Telemetry.
  • Call Data: Mobile numbers, Call duration, and DTMF responses.
  • Voice Data: Audio files/scripts used for campaign broadcasting.

3. How We Use Data

Your data is never sold. We use collected information primarily to:

Optimize call routing and reduce network latency.

Perform automated DND scrubbing to ensure compliance.

Generate detailed analytics for your campaign performance.

Prevent fraudulent or unauthorized use of our SIP trunking.

4. Data Retention Policy

As per Indian Telecom Regulatory requirements, we maintain Call Detail Records (CDR) for a period of 180 days to 1 year, or as specified by law. Sensitive personal data is deleted within 30 days of account termination unless legal requirements dictate otherwise.
